Functioning as Market Sales Managers, our primary responsibility is to manage the personnel sales by supporting the sales staff of the company in the development of specific sales plans. We forecast the annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams of the company. We analyze the number of sales generated and prepare reports based on their aggregate results by formulating all the sales policies and procedures. In the role of Market Sales Manager, we coordinate with the director of the sales department to develop new sales strategies for replacing the older ones to improve the current market share in all product lines. We interact with the main internal market leaders of the company to discuss the newly designed strategies for business enhancement.
