What does a Marketing Administrative Assistant do?

In the role of Marketing Administrative Assistant, our primary responsibility is to provide support in the marketing operations of our company. We perform clerical duties to support the marketing clicks in updating the existing databases and organising new data sets. We also analyse the market competition to identify the latest trends and scale their metrics. Functioning as Marketing Administrative Assistants, we are liable for arranging the promotional events to support the marketing campaigns of a company and generate more leads. We build strong relationships with the prospects to encourage them to participate in our marketing initiatives. We work collaboratively with other marketing team members to complete and execute the assigned lands within the given time frame.

Core tasks:

  • providing direct reports to marketing managers
  • assisting the marketing administrators of our department
  • preparing PowerPoint presentations for our promotional events
  • building strong relationships with our customers
  • performing other duties as assigned
