This position will run the marketing and operations for a real estate team within a luxury brokerage in Arlington, VA (Ballston area). Real estate license not required but interest in obtaining your license within the first few months of employment is preferred.
You must be a self-motivated individual who embraces risk, while proactively handling people. This person has a high sense of urgency with a big picture focus. Personality tests and fantastic references are required.
Must want to be part of a team focused on growth and who has a strong ability to multi-task. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to be proficient in technology and social media.The Marketing and Administrative Manager will be primarily focused on:
Administrative duties:
-Oversee all paperwork associated with listings and sales and coordinate with office manager to complete each file as it comes in.
- Provide regular state of the market updates to all active listings
-Maintain current file and calendar for each client and establish a timeline and checklist at time of contract and monitor completion and progress daily.
-Proofread all marketing materials prior to final publication
-Prepare listing presentations, listing agreements and sales contracts
-Maintain all files in shared dropbox and work in docusign
-Coordinate details of inspections, settlement, signage installations and showing s and ensure delivery of documents to other agent and settlement companies
-Host public and broker open houses
-Maintain expense spreadsheet on each listing, including organizing all receipts associated with each transaction, maintain overall business profit and loss spreadsheet. Provide this information quarterly to the bookkeeper for the business.
- Schedule appointments for showings
- Install lockboxes and sign riders on listings
-Meet vendors as needed at listings, photographers/inspectors
-Provide administrative support as needed
Marketing duties:
-Maintain and keep current profile with the administrator and all on line advertising for each individual property (Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, etc.)
-Maintain client list (address list) and direct mail pieces with Homevisit (marketing partner) and coordinate all direct mail
-Work with the advertising manager to place all advertising and stay on deadline for upcoming publications, open house ads, just listed, just sold, under contract and general marketing
-Work with marketing partner to create email blasts for each property, quarterly market reports to sphere, and client events
-Input and update listings in the MLS and work with Homevisit on photo editing and creating online photo tours for each listing
-Work within the contact management system to execute a variety of marketing programs
This role requires an attractor who naturally leads with a servant attitude and who understands the deep value of relationships.
Bachelor s Degree preferred.
