About Marketing Associate

What does a Marketing Associate do?

As Marketing Associates, we owe it as a duty to provide administrative support either to a marketing department or as part of a larger marketing company. In some situations, we engage in more tasks directly related to marketing, such as doing market research or copy editing once it has been written. Also, we function as administrative assistants. Other duties include scheduling meetings or assisting with other office management tasks. There is a need for us to possess in-depth knowledge about the company in order to answer direct questions or clients in the appropriate area.

Core tasks:

  • we are often charged with administrative tasks typical of an assistant administrative role
  • we could research industry trends
  • we could help with promotional materials and events
  • marketing partner can also be part of a development team, helping to create
  • maintain relationships between the marketing company itself and the product manufacturers
