We’re looking to hire a new communications and sales advocate to help us accelerate our growth and develop a larger market presence.

The overall duty of this role is to consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value to the sales team and managing and fostering communications between our clients and their customers. Other duties include; but are not limited to:
- Someone who can absorb and retain product knowledge
- Meeting and making a connection with customers
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Attend in-office training and leadership development meetings
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially or personally
- Create brand awareness, demonstrate product knowledge & product enthusiasm

TASKS
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs and to protect and increase existing advertising.
- Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
- Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services.
- Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
SKILLS

- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
