About Marketing Intern

What does a Marketing Intern do?

As Marketing Interns, we support the administrative management of the marketing department. We are, as a duty, to prepare presentations, documents and invoices, and the coordination of the actions to be implemented by the department. We also help in market research activities, design of graphics for campaigns, preparation of project budget. If necessary, we create newsletters and advertising for products.

Core tasks:

  • provide administrative support to the Marketing and Customer Service department
  • assist in the coordination of the training program aimed at brand clients (quotes, correspondence, verification of attendees, logistics of the seminar or course, among others)
  • perform marketing and sales functions in support of marketing and customer service programs, as required
  • compile and assist in the periodic processing of the statistics, measurements and management indicators of the company and each of its brands
  • attend and channel investigations, claims and complaints issued by the company's clients to the corresponding areas
  • monitor the company's website and ensure that it responds to the information needs
