We are looking for our FIRST marketing hire! Seeking a performance-driven marketer extraordinaire and experienced leader who possesses a wide range of skills, can-do attitude, and is a self-starter. You will help us define and build out messaging, drive leads through multiple channels, support sales through sales enablement, and drive growth.We'll be looking to you to ideate, plan and then execute on a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role requires a technical understanding of lead acquisition strategies as well as the creative side of B2B marketing. You should have deep experience in client acquisition and marketing automation. You will design and execute campaigns to help drive and grow traffic, new users and revenue. In this role, you will create content that engages our current visitors, attracts new visitors, and drives customer acquisition and retention through digital campaigns, tactical promotions, and other effective strategies.What you’ll do Optimize marketing spend/ROI and tactics across paid search, SEO, social and offline. Focus on improving key metrics such as CTRs, CPC, CPA and Lifetime Value of the customer Run A/B tests across different marketing channels including emails, landing pages and display ads, and to scale on these channels Help develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate leads (i.e. blog posts, white papers, re-engagement campaigns) Convert web and social traffic into qualified leads, using a range of targeting strategies Develop strategies to increase our organic reach through link building, content distribution, social media, and strategic partnerships. Create, manage, and create engaging content across social and industry channels Create an engaging content calendar to significantly increase traffic to the blog, page views, and other key content metrics Write case studies to showcase our customers & our value proposition Execute and optimize various B2B marketing programs in Hubspot and PersistIQ to deliver targeted email campaigns for user acquisition & re-engagement Pull weekly campaign marketing reports and regularly analyze performanceRequirements Experience producing high-quality content marketing assets (blog posts, email newsletters, guides, etc.) Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
