Join us.This role will work in conjunction with senior management to develop the marketing strategy to support business objectives.The Marketing Manager is responsible for following through with the execution and analysis of all marketing efforts to ensure success and marketing the organization's products, brands and/or services. This role designs, develops and implements communication programs to advertise the organization's products/brands/services and engage with customers using direct contact, media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital), events, and promotions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prospect and customer data managementConsumer activation and engagementAll email marketing activitiesCollateral managementWebsite managementSocial media campaignsBrand promotion/advertisingEvent managementRequired Skills:Strong attention to detailKnowledge of email marketing platforms and website editing platformsEffective copy writingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsManaging internal and external parties to ensure project executionAbility to draw insights and collaboration from others while also able to work independentlyAbility to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutionsWillingness to continue growing and learning new thingsExperience:8+ yearsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalentWe are the people behind life’s passions.Brunswick does not accept applications, inquiries or solicitations from unapproved staffing agencies or vendors.
