Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Program Coordinator in Carrier Enterprise's Northeast region headquarters located in West Caldwell, NJ. Working closely with the regional Directors of Marketing and Finance, the Marketing Program Coordinator will be a highly motivated self-starter who will assist in managing the company's sales and marketing programs. In this role, you will be interacting directly with our vendors and customers to coordinate co-op advertising and rebate programs. Carrier Enterprise is an Equal Opportunity Employer. CE offers a competitive total pay (plus bonus on sales incentives) and benefits package inclusive of health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k). 1-3 years in a marketing or administrative role overseeing projects through completion Must be detail oriented and highly organized Exemplary customer service skills Strong verbal and written skills Visual design acumen and acuity, with understanding of a company's brand guidelines Generating reports and merging of data between various systems Maintaining customer information and program status within a CRM Advanced knowledge of Excel, Intermediate in MS Office SalesForce experience or other CRM a plus Education: Associate degree Advanced knowledge of Excel, Intermediate in MS Office SalesForce experience or other CRM a plus

  • Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.
  • Direct activities of professional and technical staff members and volunteers.
  • Evaluate the work of staff and volunteers to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively.
  • Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.

  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
