As marketing project managers, we are project management professionals specializing in marketing initiatives. These are targeted to reach a specific business goal, and we are responsible for ensuring their delivery. For this, we coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, such as advertising, sales, and more. The exact nature of our role depends on the type of project, which can range from digital campaigns, through brand launches, to event organization, and more. We often directly manage a team of marketing professionals as well.
