Recall Coordinator (Canvassing)
Marietta, GA - June 6, 2024
This company is primarily a contracting and staffing organization. The team I was part of was excellent, with a fantastic project manager and HR representative. As a canvasser for recalls, you work both independently and as part of a team to fix the recalls. The pay for this position is great, with weekly pay, mileage, and reimbursements. The PTO policy is quite reasonable, and the schedule is flexible as long as you are delivering high-quality canvassing and scheduling appointments.
The most challenging part of the job is convincing people that you are not trying to sell them anything, but just providing a recall repair service. I believe they are now training individuals in this position to both canvass and perform repairs, which is a big help. Being able to make repairs on the spot, rather than trying to schedule another stranger to come to their house, will improve their numbers.
Pros and Cons
Mileage pay, decent salary, weekly pay, benefits
Can become repetitive and tedious work

Tech Service Manager
Hurst, TX - January 16, 2023
I was working for MarketSource for years. It started out reliable and offered many ways to progress in the company. Eventually they changed the commission rates, and I started making 1/5 of what I was making beforehand. The leadership will visit a bunch, which isn't an issue. I was promoted because there was no strict structure or discipline. I'll only return if there is a reliable foundation for everyone to enjoy and confidently work.
Pros and Cons
Friendly Work Environment,
Unreasonable Commision Rate, Overwhelming

Mobile representative
San Antonio, TX - August 19, 2022
Working as a mobile representative was one of the best feelings. It’s like your not even working like a robot. It feels more free to be able to talk to customers and see what we can do to help get them the best promotional deals on devices and or just educating them just in case their not up to buying anything right than and their. atleast they know the information to make a decision if they want to come back or not
Pros and Cons
Get to roam freely with your building, able to interact with others
Might upset people due to our policies, or upset if we can’t provide the help they need

Marketsource offers great weekly pay and benefits. At first upper management was involved and showed appreciation. As the project grew upper management became unresponsive and unappreciative. We started out strong and was recognized through employee of the month recognition and referral bonuses which became a thing of the past very quickly.
However the district management team was amazing and we’re available 24/7. Without them the project wouldn’t have got as far as it did. In the end we were given a weeks notice our jobs were ending with a 2 week severance pay based on hours previous 2 weeks worked. Which doesn’t cover much at all for all of a sudden not having a job that you relied on to pay your bills.
Pros and Cons
Weekly pay great benefits
Not much of an advance notice when job is ending, lack of communication and lack of direction
