Worked many years and locations at Marvin’s. Unfortunately life worth of hard work took its toll on my back and knees. Marvin’s helped me and guided me until I couldn’t perform anymore and we parted. I received success in back surgery and knee replacements. I’m back up getting into shape so much better than years before.

Moulder operator

Worked there for 16 yrs. I was a Moulder operator there for Moulder 3. Recognitions was a big thing that Marvin honored. There was always outings there when something special was happening.
Pros and Cons
Great schedule. Always getting recognition for a good job.
Leadership isn’t a value there that is pushed
