The Massachusetts Audubon Society (Mass Audubon), established in 1896 is a non-profit corporation and recognized pioneer in environmental education, delivering thousands of camp, school, and adult activities that carry more than 225,000 children and adults outdoors every year. With more than 125,000 participants and supporters, it campaigns on and above Beacon Hill and promotes environmental studies to protect the uniqueness of the natural heritage for todays and future generations. Mass Audubon is committed to giving everybody in Massachusetts a chance to enjoy nature regardless of their age, history, or abilities. Society recognizes that there is strength in unity and that by celebrating that diversity and working together, it will do what nature does for us.
