We do it to relieve stress, heal injuries, relieve pain, increase relaxation and assist in the general wellness of the patients. We first talk to the patients to learn more about their symptoms, their medical history and thus decide whether they need massage therapy or they should check with the doctor. We then evaluate their painful areas in the body and get ready to work on those areas. We guide the patients when stretching, overall relaxation, and improving on the posture during the massage.
