About Master Scheduler

What does a Master Scheduler do?

As Master Schedulers, we coordinate a schedule management system and ensure inventories are efficiently and effectively assigned to the concerned department as well as the manufacturing department. We work as a liaison between the sales, logistics and manufacturing department to establish plans as per available resources and customer needs in the market. Our periodical comparison matrices help us acquire additional raw materials with timely delivery of supplies, equipment and staff members. With participation in periodic forecast meetings our leads help us to ship, manufacture and get in continuous touch with the production staff.
