About Master Teacher

What does a Master Teacher do?

As master teachers, we work in the administrative department of the schools and educational institutions. We have to work with the principal and perform a variety of tasks including examining student’s data. Moreover, we are responsible for developing and building a proper academic plan for the students. Being master teachers, we have to provide lessons to the students and train other teachers. We, sometimes, have to work in collaboration with other seniors to plan and regulate the proper learning resources.

Core tasks:

  • examining and studying data of every individual student
  • creating school plans and supervising all other development programs
  • demonstrating lessons and assisting in implementing the proper curriculum
