About Material Coordinator

What does a Material Coordinator do?

As Material Coordinators, we collaborate with various departments to manage all materials' efficient flow by preparing an efficient shipping schedule and evaluating all production deadlines. We determine all of the required materials, coordinate with other departments to ensure their efficient movement, and assess all materials sent to the production department. We are also tasked with preparing reports for all materials, managing their transportation from one department to another, and preparing all production records on the computerized system.

Core tasks:

  • maintain all information for the status of materials every week
  • collaborate with the construction team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance with all material requests
  • prepare required documents and drawings and maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare an efficient work schedule
