Description:

The MDS Data Steward will be responsible for store item maintenance and other data integrity related duties as required. This role will work directly with Supply Chain, Store Operations, Marketing and company-owned stores to maintain store item data.


Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform the daily inventory and replenishment process of medical and surgical supplies for all floor locations within the hospital.

· Maintenance of stock locations (inventory rotation, product expiration audits, product recalls, organization and cleanliness).

· Close interaction with clinical nurse managers, logistics staff and nursing staff .

· Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and push or pull approximately 200 pounds.

· Position requires the flexibility to work overtime without notice.

· Scheduled work days may fall on weekends and/or holidays.


Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED required.

· 1-2 years related experience preferred.

· Experience working with patient care supplies within a hospital or industrial warehouse, or inventory control experience is preferred; customer service experience also preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.



Additional Information

Computer skills: Tandem / Microsoft Word, Excel / Access Database experience is also desirable.
