May Institute is a non-profit organization that operates in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to serve people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, brain injury and neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. Besides that, it also operates five special education schools. The organization was founded in 1955 and currently rendering services in 140 locations in California, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Hampshire, and Virginia. Its vision is to effectively provide ABA services to people with ASD and neurobehavioral disorders across the lifespan. The Institute keeps seeking college students and recent graduates for part-time and full-time positions and frequently arranges college fairs as well. It needs potential candidates for special education, residential direct care, and behavior analysis. It’s an equal opportunity and non-discriminating employer that maintains a favorable work environment for its employees.
