I started working at McDonald’s when I was 16. One of my managers had a crush on all the boys and sold drugs to them. The other manager watched a girl accidentally burn her hand with boiling hot water and didn’t help at all. If the manager’s wanna be messy and entertain the drama the be petty with your hours and the let me run that hoe and I turned it up frrđŸ«¶đŸŸ

Pros and Cons
Free lunch, fat checks
Unnecessary Drama, ignorant management and disrespectful customers

Pure genuine chaos. Worked there for a little over a year, no one ever recognized my hard work, dropped my entire life for the job, went 100% everyday. Gave it my all, and I was good. So much heat, so much anger and anxiety in the air. Unprofessional higher ups such as the managers. They contributed and created stupid dramas. And then some new corporate girl who looked like a fat ellen started firing all the employees, clean the house. Lots of horrible horrible memories that bring me down to this day, I can still hear the machines when I sleep. God make it stop, its been 3 years.

Pros and Cons
There is Nothing
Fucking everything

Have you ever stuck your window out the drive at work and you see nothing but lowriders cruising with bombs and Chop Tops in the whole Boulevard. Well this is my first job in 1987 and I worked the grill at McDonald's. I started out as a Helper but soon enough I was running the whole Grill by myself and being as green as I was I shut the lip and absorbed as much as I could. I learned how to clean the grill the vents the fryer and you can pull anything off the w.all and it be squeaky clean back there. 25 years later I could not walk into it any business and not notice how clean or dirty the places thank you McDonald's.

Pros and Cons
We were all friends at McDonald's manager and everyone we got together after work and did something
It got a little nippy at night

Starting at Mcdonalds was super easy, fun, and a great learning experience for kids out of high school or a part time job while in high school. Every Mcdonalds I worked at, the people were very nice, very supportive when it came to needing help.

Pros and Cons
discount on food, college tuition help, and meeting new people
sometimes its to fast paced for people, orders get mixed up or forgotten

I started my job here during Covid-19 was in effect. The sanitation was no joking manner here. At first I thought of this as any other regular 9-5 job but the management there really pushed me as a worker. My work ethic improved dramatically! I really didn’t care at first but my drive to be a good worker and keep the store and company clean and top notch was my focus. I now look to further myself as a worker.

Pros and Cons
Free lunch, discounted meals on our off days. Paid time off. Birthday appreciation/anniversary gifts
Management can be a bit strict and extra at times. Favoritism happens here.
