About Media Associate

What does a Media Associate do?

As Media Associates, we are tasked with analyzing the social media post metrics and document notes on posts that perform poorly and find evidence of why the engagement is so low. We gather various data from bad reviews, feedback, and negative news communications to generate reports that inform the company’s Social Media Specialists allowing them to edit, publish and share content daily that suits the exact customers’ needs. We observe and track our followers' engagement and build a report on their behavior while researching and identifying new social media trends.

Core tasks:

  • work with the other team members to identify new customers' needs
  • monitor and evaluate the current social media results
