What does a Medical Laboratory Scientist do?

Working as Medical Laboratory Scientists, we are responsible for examining and figuring out the blood, body fluids, and cells. We have to operate the patient outcomes. Our primary goal is to operate differential cell counts to look for the abnormal cells to aid in the diagnosis of leukemia. We have to manage the work of medical laboratory technicians. In the role of Medical Laboratory Scientist, our responsibility to prepare good quality programs to monitor and make sure that the test results are accurate. We have the responsibility to work cooperatively with other lab staff members or other professionals to receive different samples.
