About Medical Representative

What does a Medical Representative do?

As medical representatives, we support and sell their company's products whether it's prescription medications or medical equipment. Doctors, nurses, and pharmacists are examples of our customers. We raise product awareness, respond to concerns, give feedback, and launch new products. We keep up with new technologies in the medical sector to evaluate their effects on the company's business strategies.

Core tasks:

  • having a comprehensive knowledge of the company's drugs
  • developing and maintaining positive consumer relationships to facilitate repeat purchases
  • following up on company-generated leads
