I loved working for Medical staffing network. They became more like family. They really help you find the best job for you, they strive to always make you feel like your work is valued, they make you feel like an important part of the team. I hated leaving them, I got hired full time from where I was working. I really grew here and gained wisdom and knowledge I needed in the workplace. I totally recommend working for them.

Working at different facilities was a challenge. Although some of the residents would get upset when I didn't remember their exact routine especially since it had been three or four weeks since I had been there they would still expect me to know exactly how they wanted things to be done.
Pros and Cons
Good pay.
Not knowing the exact rules and regulations of each place
