Then lead small groups/teams for effective project management and delivery. We maintain complex technologies by understanding system requirements, strategizing technical guidance to the team, performing technical trials, and updating industry trends and technology. As Members of Technical Staff, we maintain and improve current Web applications and migration to the unified technology platform, display familiarity with clients' side web technologies and assess focal plane arrays/electro-optical components and systems. We research laser interactions with materials and develop models to characterize observed behavior.
