What does a Member Services Manager do?

As Member Services Managers, we are responsible for supervising and managing the company’s Member Service Department in order to ensure that they comply with the company’s established guidelines and protocols. We also coordinate with the HR department to develop new and stronger member relations between the team members to boost productivity while ensuring that the process is smoothly implemented. We deliver measurable and quantifiable business results as directed by the managers by ensuring that each step was correctly implemented.
