Responsibilities: Provide customer service support for new, existing, lapsed and prospective members on NACE products.
Execute outreach calls for NACE engagement campaigns.
Perform member benefit overviews via Zoom.
Make product and services recommendations based on member needs.
Process orders for products, services, & membership.
Perform database maintenance in Aptify.
Conduct testing for database changes and new features.Prepare materials for new member kits.
Manage internal mail distribution, mail purchased products and ship event materials.
Oversee operation of mail equipment and generate daily/monthly reports.
Maintain inventory of NACE printed materials.
Main point of contact for reception and serve as backup for organizational phone.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in Aptify is preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in a high touch customer service environment.
Excellent Communication and business writing skills to interact with staff, members and subscribers.
Enjoy extensive sales-focused phone contact.
Capability of analyzing processes and make suggestions for improvement.
Attention to detail to ensure integrity of data.
Ability to work independently yet function positively within a team.
Strong organizational skills.
