About Member Services Supervisor

What does a Member Services Supervisor do?

As Member Services Supervisors, we are responsible for supervising and managing a team of member service representatives that replates to health/retirement plans or HMO members inquires and concerns. We also design standard answers to each question and forward them to each representative and ensure that the answers are well understood and perform mockup calls to test the staff. We coordinate with other representatives and experts to investigate more complex claims and questions to determine the appropriate course of action and maintain customers’ satisfaction.

Core tasks:

  • hire and train new staff members when required
  • evaluate the representative’s overall effectiveness
