As Membership Specialists, we are responsible for developing and executing programs and membership engagement activities. We obtain and apply intermediate product acquisition and member service processes. Coordinating with team members to resolve issues and determining escalation issues is one of our main responsibilities. We develop product knowledge including homeowner combination and credit card. We implement new member and renewal electronic communication streams. Working as Membership Specialists, we encourage membership products and coordinate with the Director of Member Relations to review membership trends. We also analyze member groups’ needs and coordinate with customer service to process renewal orders.
