About Mentor

What does a Mentor do?

As Mentors, we are for maintaining an environment where students can work on themselves. We provide them with the opportunity to find their growth areas and strengths. Establishing an emotionally safe surrounding in which students can develop and challenge their skills is also part of our duty. We follow standards and guidelines for ensuring student's safety. Working as Mentors, we make students take ownership of both on and off-campus responsibilities. We participate in and oversee student's daily activities to advise them accordingly. We are also responsible for helping students cope with conflicts and resolve them in the best possible manner. Finally, we record, report, and review student's behavior and progress.

Core tasks:

  • establishing a safe environment for the students to practice their skills
  • maintaining all the required training programs.
  • recording and reviewing student's performance
  • training students to take ownership of their responsibilities
