About Messaging Engineer

What does a Messaging Engineer do?

Working as Messaging Engineers, we are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving the complex technical problems of the company. We also fulfill the end to end-user requests by continuously guiding them. We assist in training new and fresher individuals. In the role of Messaging Engineer, we handle different data platforms such as Streamlets and Informatica. We design and develop email services for all the employees. We ensure that the environment is safe for all the employees of the company. We design and administer the in-house developed scripts, powershell, and script language messages for formatting messages.

Core tasks:

  • determining the system specifications
  • developing solutions in accordance with the company's standards
  • assisting in providing guidance to the team members
  • ensuring the compatibility of the system with infrastructure and services
  • leading the overall system integration testing
