About Messenger

What does a Messenger do?

As Messengers, we are tasked with transporting documents related to all types of sensitive and confidential information while following strict commitments. We deliver the documents without viewing or revealing any of the information because the company’s and business’ name and brand equity depends on keeping the confidentiality. We also walk or ride a bicycle for picking up or delivering as well as lifting heavier confidential packages whenever required.

Core tasks:

  • use mapping applications to plug-in addresses and follow the fastest route to our destination
  • document every damage, or breaches envelop and take visual evidence of it
  • coordinate with carriers to solve problems such as a missing letter or package
