Led development of machine learning models focused on natural language processing and generative AI, including fine-tuning transformer model BERT for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition. Implemented RAG pipelines for enhanced information retrieval in LLM-based systems, enabling more accurate and context-aware responses. Designed and deployed end-to-end ML pipelines using FastAPI and AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) for scalable real-time applications. Integrated Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and pipeline orchestration, enabling efficient handling of high-throughput data for model inference and monitoring. Collaborated cross-functionally with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to align model capabilities with business goals. Used MLflow for experiment tracking and model performance monitoring, achieving measurable improvements in system accuracy and latency.
