If you ask me, yeah it was hard for me to go with the flow in the start but with time I learned to manage the time, shortened the time for things that didn’t need that much of time and now I always have time for my job, family and myself

Worked there as a full timer until last year and my weeks at the place were no more than 42 hours, meetings and some stuff would make the 40 hours be increased to 42 on some occasions 🙄
