Valet Parking Supervisor

I was 18 years old when i started working at MGM in valet. A few years later I decided I wanted more and started introducing myself to people. I met a wonderful individual who gave me a chance to sit in their office and discuss what I wanted. A short time later MGM created a leadership development class which I participated & was recommended by that individual. After passing the course meeting CEO and other managers i graduated the company class program and wmas soon as a supervisor position opened I applied and accepted the position where I grew and learned a lot.
Pros and Cons
Lunch was a hour long and free. Company has great benefits. Really good medical and dental coverage.
You may have to work positions you dont want in order to move uo in the company.

7 years no full time job. Pretty irregular. Most to be 40 hours but no. I want to gotta a really convenient job....

I had a wonderful yuletide season to remember when all employees were served on a new year's lunch at the MGM's employees buffet, by all Executives, from CEO, CFO, etc. and I was lucky to be served by the Board Chairman! What a feat, indeed!
Pros and Cons
Free lunch and conducive work place.
During my time got separate employee parking space.
