As Microbiology Managers, we prepare and analyze samples to determine microbiological quality. We coordinate work projects to prioritize laboratory workload. We work to meet client requirements as related to quality, on-time performance, and TAT (Turnaround Time). We coordinate the scheduling of personnel to maximize productivity. We maintain quality performance metrics and conducts routine metrics review. We conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with chemists and laboratory management. We communicate delays and technical issues with management on time. We maintain the peer review process in support of client and laboratory quality objectives. We devise processes and methods for the solution of technical problems.
