We respond to the questions and queries of the team members and provide them with the best possible solutions for overcoming their issues. We participate in the management meetings to discuss the microbiological projects. Working as Microbiology Supervisors, we prepare guidelines with the coordination of microbiology managers for the newly hired team members. We also guide the new members about the performance of tasks. We analyse the issues in the medical equipment and troubleshoot them to get proper results from the medical equipment.
