Midland Independent School District has 40 campuses that serve a diverse student population of approximately 26,000 students. MISD is honored to be recognized as a District of Innovation. Nearly 3,000 educators and support staff lead this diverse student body. It was established in 1907 on W Missouri Ave in Midland, Texas. Its mission is to prepare all students for college or a career after graduation, as well as to recognize and celebrate our students', faculty's, and district's incredible achievements. In addition, MISD-related news and relevant information will be presented. It provides career opportunities to talented people. Currently, it hires Assistant Principal (Elementary), Director, Early Childhood Programs, and Principal, Secondary (MAP).
