Mikes Bikes was first introduced in 1964 but has consistently grown to become a reputable company. It has 12 stores in different parts of the country. With over 250 staff who are also cycling enthusiast work to make sure that their product is unique. The employees enjoy the luxury free-spirited environment as they enjoy Wednesday evening bike rides. Also, they have 401k retirement savings plan as part of those benefits. An interesting feature of the company is that the employee gets paid 10 cents for every mile they ride. There are also in store discounts, health insurance and other perks.
