401 k has a max 4% match, good health insurance, several options to choose. Vision for glass coverage is good, once had a glass of more than $400, after insurance was only $87 😄

2 rounds are there for the interview. One is technical and one behavioral. For technical basics are asked. In behavioral — questions are asked about dealing with irate customer etc. it is very easy :)
