In the ned, like all insurance companies, they are out for their own profit. Despite how they say they value you, how they perform overall with their policies and rules will tell the true story. Lots of expectations yet empty promises overall. Leadership supports the upper level and does not support those in the field doing all the hard work.

Pros and Cons
Did not see very many that were worth staying around for.
Not very flexible when it comes to individual needs.

Working with Molina Healthcare who cares about the low-income people was very good. I was able to reach many people who needed assistance for quality healthcare . We went to their homes to get their feedback. It was a very important method, because so many people had many problems and we were able to solve them. We were in teams of two and those whom I work with were great. Molina paid well .

Free dinner, friendly office.
Different office for meeting daily.

I really enjoyed working at this place they had a lot of pros and cons a lot of PTO vacation time extra bonuses overtime enjoyed having to Manas cafeteria in the building for lunch enjoyed knowing many of my coworkers the only thing I did not agree with was the support from HR HR was very hard to get a hold of whenever needed

Started as a temp, when assignment was over after a month i got called back loved working there every department was very nice

They hired people to implement a new EMR solution. The new application was to replace a homegrown application. Designing the new application was task one. Migrating the old applications data was task two. Training the staff on the new application was task three. Molina did not appear to have the business or technical skills. They did install a PMO, but on the business side, not the IT side. This gave them the illusion they had proper governance in place. They did not.

Pros and Cons
Nice view oof the harbor.
Nobody worked as a team.
