A great organization that truly embraces diversity and inclusion. I came from a pharma company with no experience in Agri business they allowed to bring in best practices and embraced the ideas and recognized my work and gave me the rewards.
Pros and Cons
Employee frendly, Great culture, Flexible time
Do not see any cons

I enjoyed my time there. I never trusted the corporate structure. It seemed that something was always being held back or not told.
Pros and Cons
Close to home
Lack of trust

I had just left a PhD program and had this opportunity with Monsanto. The work environment was great for a young (developing) scientist. My colleagues were free wheeling and creative. Monsanto was supportive. There have been several corporate mergers since I left but when I was there, words cannot express how much I loved my job!
Pros and Cons
Creative energetic environment
I can't think of anything bad to say.

The team that developed the Marketing Strategy for Roundup was exceptional and laid the groundwork for the first Billion $ Product. As I look back on my career, that may be the most well thought out plan, that was followed up with even better execution of the Strategic Plan.
Pros and Cons
Great Risk Takers who were focused on created a great Strategy and then Executed it.
Focused on the wrong segment in the distribution of their products at the wrong time.
