Mortgage Loan Officer Job Responsibilities: Structure complex loan transactions and analyze financial data to evaluate credit histories. Up to date knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. Network with professional, business community organizations and community activities to promote and market loan products and enhance opportunities. Establish and implement marketing strategies as may be required such as: First Time Homebuyer Seminars, For Sale by Owner Seminars, marketing campaigns to former customers, and development of a referral data base. Prepare and regularly distribute promotional collateral material such as: rate sheets, incentive programs, and company information.
