Mortgage Sales Leader - Inside Sales Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Inside Enterprise Sales (IES), this role is responsible for the sales performance management and strategy execution of the Mortgage IES sales and account management team. The associated annual quota for this book of business is $100M, comprised of 2000+ mortgage lenders and brokers who currently utilize Equifax Mortgage products and services to meet their needs in various stages throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle. The IES Mortgage Leader role will have accountability for directly managing approximately 12 Account Management/Sales Professionals and for the performance of the Mortgage IES Team (e.g. sales activities, revenue growth and Year-Over-Year (YOY) financial improvement), while directing the overall mortgage vertical sales strategy for 40+ sales professionals within the IES sales matrix with a high degree of execution discipline. The candidate will direct, evaluate and develop assigned sales staff ensuring the application of best practices and application of inside sales performance metrics to achieve company goals and drive strategies, standards and policies. To be successful, this candidate will build and maintain knowledge of Equifax Mortgage products, clients, competition and markets in order to successfully execute, coordinate, and build cross-functional relationships with channel marketing, legal, sales operations, sales support, vertical management, finance and human resources. In addition, this leader will clearly communicate goals, along with executional strategies for meeting and exceeding them. Implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Manage performance of KPIs and pipeline performance daily Directs sales forecasting activities and sets team performance goals accordingly. Proactively monitors, and takes action on key performance measures of team, ensuring the quantity and quality of effort meets company expectations. Establishes strong internal relationships with other key management personnel within and outside the business unit. Collaborate with partners (channel marketing, pricing, finance, operations, sales support, vertical sales management and channel management), to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings that mitigate risk and leverage opportunities to grow the business Participate in client interactions; ensure customer satisfaction and support executive selling Ensure positive and dynamic interaction between incumbent's sales executives and other related units. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Effectively manages sales budget for the Mortgage IES team; sets account assignments and strategy for all mortgage direct reports What makes you a good fit for this role?
