About Mortgage Specialist

What does a Mortgage Specialist do?

As mortgage specialists, we evaluate and authorize loans for property. We advise clients on their financial status and various payment systems. Our duties include explaining different credit options and loans. In addition, we compile credit histories, financial statements, and other information of mortgage appliers. We are responsible for meeting with applicants to collect information. It is our duty to clear queries and concerns of applicants. Moreover, we handle complaints of customers and take actions to fix them. We are responsible for computing payment schedules for clients. Lastly, it’s our responsibility to update credit files and loan files.

  • preparing reports for banks and clients
  • arranging liquidation and maintenance
