Motiva

Motiva Enterprises, LLC, is a wholly owned entity of Saudi Aramco doing business in the East and Gulf Coasts of the United States. Motiva's Port Arthur, Texas refinery is the largest in the North America with refining capacity of over 600,000 barrels per day. Motiva also owns 23 products distribution terminals and supplies over 5,000 Shell branded sites. Motiva recently entered into an exclusive brand licensing arrangement with Phillips 66 for the rights to the 76 brand in Motiva's geography and expects to grow its 76 fuel product sales in concert with the Shell brand and unbranded offers.
