About Move Coordinator

What does a Move Coordinator do?

As Move Coordinators, we assist incoming clients with all facets of transition and move to their new property. We coordinate and manage the refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection of units after move-out and before move-in with the Director of Engineering and the Director of Housekeeping. We also communicate and document incoming clients’ special needs or requirements such as physical disabilities to the Resident Services Director. We support the marketing team by assisting with tours, telephone inquiries, community outreach, and hosting functions directed by the marketing director.

Core tasks:

  • make sure that information has been correctly collected and properly documented
  • attend all required training and other staff meetings
  • maintain and develop a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, and visitors
