I transferred from Californina to Tennessee and had to start pretty much from Ground zero. When I moved here I was offered a in-house at Keller Williams Mount Juliet. I was building my business back and while creating relationships with ALL or the Realtors in the office. I was doing monthly updates at there sales meeting. I was Doing sponsorships with the Dunn Commercial group. I was called on the phone one day was told that I was going to be layer off for production. I was a very unfair termination with management know that I was restarting my career in a new state. I told them that I has appointments set up for that evening and in the middle of a couple for the month. I was then shut off of the system by 5:00 with no way to even take a application my NMLS lic we put on hold until I got lined up with another company. I was devistated from Movement
