Multi-Color Corporation

Unfortunately, this place is complete chaos and they are all over the place. Every site does something different and does their own thing, but no one is held accountable for making it right. They want to blame everyone else, but the high level people making decisions. Management does what they want, when they want and doesn't answer to anyone. People who are trying to make things better are being let go because they seem to be the "fall guy" for poor decisions made at a higher level. You are just a number to them and easily replaceable. Pay is horrible and benefits are not as good as other companies. Seriously, avoid this company.
