I love my patients, the team and the Dr. the DM was one of the far worse i have had in all my management roles.

I worked there for many years and there isn't any room for growth. If you aren't in the "in crowd" then you are looked at as an outsider. People will talk about you behind your back, you don't receive any formal training. You're pretty much thrown to the wolves in a sink or swim scenario. If you have a problem, you can't go to anyone because then you're looked at as a troublemaker. In the end, I wouldn't allow my dog to work here that's how bad it is there! And I'd advise anyone else who's looking for a job to steer clear away from this company.. they don't care about their employees or their patients.....in the end they only care about money. To patients their just a number.
